Insurers who received > 30% of business
Claims procedure: Notify the broker or the insurance company within 30 days of loss. Insurers may decline any loss if they haven’t been notified in this time frame.
DIB Solutions does not own any percentage of issued shares directly or indirectly of any Life Assuror or Financial product provider. DIB Solutions is not an associated company of any Life Assuror or Financial product provider.
DIB Solutions earns income from commission that the product provider pays over to the brokerage on the product purchased by its clients.
DIB Solutions charge a monthly broker/admin fee. This is payable by the client and disclosed on the schedule of cover.
DIB Solutions has professional indemnity cover of R5 000 000.00
As an authorized financial services provider I/we may not request or induce in any manner a client to waive any right or benefit conferred on the client by, or in terms of any provision of the general code of conduct, or recognize, accept or act on any such waiver by a client.
DIB Solutions has adopted a formal Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure all our valued clients receive fair and unbiased advice. A copy of this policy and our gift register is available to you on request.
In terms of the FAIS act we are obligated to set up a complaints resolution process. Please contact our office should you whish to get more detailed information in this regard.
